Form is a booklet that forms a co-authorship between the writer and reader. The booklet is intentionally vague and guarded with it’s intentions; Form’s secrets are only revealed after the “black page” is turned. If you want to experience form, please click the image above and go page by page, no peaking!

In the 1990’s Cuban punks, called Los Frikis, began infecting themselves with HIV in order to gain a better quality of life. Infected individuals would be sent to sanitariums, where they would live the rest of their lives with better healthcare and freedom; in the sanitariums, punks were allowed to express themselves without fear of persecution. Music and punk thrived within this extreme subculture. Los Frikis are an example of how an idea can permeate an entire subculture and drive a series of rebellious acts that changed the lives of thousands. Words and ideas act like a virus: once an idea forms, contact and time are all that are needed to spread rebellion.
